Organizing Shanti Yatra at Birla College on Gandhi Jayanti

 The journey concluded with the oath of Bapu's principles.

 Kalyan:- Shanti Yatra was organized at BK Birla Mahavidyalaya in Kalyan on Gandhi Jayanti.  The Yatra was started by garlanding the statue of Bapu by Principal of the college Dr. Avinash Patil, Principal of Knight College Dr. Harish Dubey, Senior Journalist Anna Betawadkar, and Vice Principal Vipin Chandra Wadekar and Vice Principal Isaac Jerry.  Let us tell you that the above program is organized every year by the Gandhi Study Center of the college for the purpose of awareness of the thoughts of Mahatma Gandhi.

 National Seva Dal members including students of NCC, NSS and other faculties of the college, National Urdu High School, Saraswati Vidyalaya besides hundreds of students from many educational institutions of the city participated in this visit.  The idols of Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri were decorated on the chariot during the Yatra.

 The yatra ended with Bapu's favorite hymn and an oath to follow his principles.  The principal of the college asked the younger generation to adopt Bapu's principles in life.  Along with this, Bapu's idea of ​​cleanliness was described as an important link.  Dr. Archana Singh, Director, Gandhi Study Center welcomed all the guests and Dr. Shyamsundar Pandey, the organizer of the program, expressed gratitude to all the visitors, describing Gandhi's ideas as very relevant.  The event was organized by Dr. Dhiraj Shekhawat, Dr. Dinesh Vanule, Dr. Narayan Totewad, Dr. Brinda Nishandar, Anil Tiwari, Dr. Suvarna Jadhav, Dr. Bharat Bagul, Dr. Megha Devle, Dr. Prakash Sansare, Dr. Anand Dharmadhikari,  The program was concluded with the efforts of Prof. Ganesh Kumawat, KH Dongre, Kiran Raikar, Prof. Bhushan Nikam and Prof. Jyoti Thorat and Akhilesh etc.
